Haight Ashbury

A beautiful sunny day in Haight-Ashbury, San Francisco 🌼  Remember “The summer of Love” in 1967? Remember the hippies?  Remember how Whoopi Goldberg started her career?  Well this is the actual area where it all happened. 
Even today the hippies are still here, which for me was an awesome experience.  The beautiful houses, the vibes of piece, love, the murals, the music,  thrift stores and ooh so friendly people. Someone thought my fanny pack  was nice and someone else commented nicely on my boots.  I felt safe and welcomed. I will definitely visit this area again 🌼
